Ideally 1 weeks notice is good to ensure that I have exactly what you’d like – but I carry 1000s of balloons in stock in every colour imaginable so in reality I can sometimes even squeeze you in on the day! (New baby balloons always ready on demand! x)
Short journeys with air conditioning are fine BUT leaving your design unattended in a car can end in disaster…well can end up with a popped balloon! Balloons don’t like hot cars and direct sunshine through windows the air inside expands and can cause balloon to pop – just like dogs, don’t leave them in the car to over heat!
Most garages can have rough surfaces and get super cold at night so not always suitable to hide your balloon here – if you do hide in a garage make sure you protect the base from any sharp floor edges and make sure it’s not too cold for any period of time. Balloons shrink in the cold then reinflate as they expand back when they are warm again.
As all designs are made to order and vary massively in size it is not possible to supply bags to hide designs – if you need to hide you design when transporting please feel free to bring a large empty duvet cover as these make the best soft bags to hide designs when transporting!
No! All my designs are Air filled making them super long lasting, many are designed giving a floating illusion but none of my designs actually float.
Face painting is suitable from the age of three upwards, everything I use in my kit is professional products suitable for public events and all washes off with soap and water. Always check with your face painter about the products if you have any concerns.
When booking I will ask you expected numbers we can then discuss options based on age and number, in reality, most kids require at least 5 minutes per face some longer as they may wriggle and change their mind on what they would like!
