The winner will receive a balloon design to be collected from Heath and Reach Bedfordshire.
If you are unable to collect then a postal design can be arranged.

Competition Terms and Conditions
It is a condition of entry that the entrant will be deemed to have accepted all rules, terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.Note the prize is a collection design of the promoter’s choice from OddART Events in Heath and Reach or a postal design for those unable to collect.
Entries to this Competition are limited to one per person
Any additional entries made will not be counted.
The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
This Competition is open until the 30th June 2024 at midday.

One winner will be selected at random and announced via our Facebook page on 30th June 2024
If a winner is not able for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted by the Promoter within two weeks of the first attempt to notify them, the Promoter then reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Failure to claim a prize by the time or in the manner specified will make the claim invalid.
Any prize won as part of this Promotion must be accepted as granted.
No substitutions or cash equivalent payment will be allowed, and no refund or transfer will be permitted.
